- Payments: There are no additional fees for dinner and cruise ticket. The drinks will be charged separately on board and according to consumption. We accept major credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard and cash payments in Vietnamese dong or US dollars.
- Children: All children of all ages are welcome on board.
- You take responsibility for the safety of your children on board. There is no special staff to supervise children. High chairs are available on board. All infants under the age of 5 are free of charge.
- Safety and Food Safety: Our ship is government certified and has all safety approvals and food hygiene approvals, and is regularly maintained in compliance with stringent safety regulations. There are 220 lifejackets for adults and 40 lifejackets for children on board. Some are under your dining tables, others are stored in the nearby buffet counter. All employees are trained in an emergency and our crew on board gives a short safety demonstration.
- Ice cubes on board are made with filtered water that is clean and safety certified. Private Dinner: Although you have booked a cruise with other guests, each booking is booked separately and as a private table. All tables are located next to the windows on both sides of the ship.
- Internet: WIFI is available on board. Depending on the location, however, this can lead to disruptions. Please inquire with your waiter for the password on board.
- Seasickness: We operate on the Saigon River, a very calm waters. Our ship is very stable, so in most cases you will hardly recognize that we are moving.
- Passengers who smoke may do so on the terrace or on the sun terrace.
- Weather: Although our ships have open windows, we can close them anytime.
- We sail all year round. This cruise requires a minimum of participants. If the booking is canceled because the minimum is not reached, you will be offered a different date or a full refund of the ticket price.
