According to Chan May Port Management, we need to get the port manager's permission when we pick you up inside the port.

Port pickup fee is $ 23 per person.

Please send us your passport and visa copy so that we can prepare the documents for you 1 week before your arrival.

If you would like to be picked up outside the gate (approx. 500 m), the driver / guide will be waiting for you at the entrance to the port.

Please also give us your ship name / arrival time / departure time.

This price is valid for private cars & professional drivers, if you would like to know the price for a private excursion (incl. Guide), please let us know.

How to book a private vehicle

Please select your preferred route on our website and send the booking using our booking form.

After receiving your booking information, our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. If you do not receive a message from us, your booking / email may have ended up in the spam folder, please resend your booking to our email info@unseenvietnamtours.com

As soon as we have received your booking request, we will send you the reservation with all details.

Is the price per car or per person? How about the admission price?

For private vehicles, the total price is per vehicle and not per person
The price is without tickets for the respective sights.

You can buy it yourself or our driver will help you with the purchase.

How can I find the driver at the airport?

If you have left the terminal, then go you please go straight ahead where the driver you will welcome you. The driver will hold a sign with your name in his hands.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Wenn Sie 48 Stunden vor Ihrem geplanten Reisedatum stornieren, wird 100% in Rechnung gestellt.

Can the driver speak English?

As he is only the driver and not a tour guide, his English is limited. If you have a question on the go, he may not be able to answer it.

You should confirm your booking and book well in advance to ensure that we can reserve the best driver for your trip.

We recommend booking an English or German speaking guide for an additional fee if you want to learn more about the history of each place during your trip.

How do I pay ?

We are flexible:

Option 1: Deposit payment 25% - 40% with Paypal (without fee) and the final payment at the end of the trip to the driver with cash in VND.
You will receive the link to payment in your booking confirmation.

Option 2: Prepayment online with Visa / Master Card (3% fee). You will receive the link to payment in your booking confirmation.

Option 3: Prepay online by bank transfer to our account in Vietnam or Germany and the remaining payment at the end of the trip to the driver with cash in VND.
You will receive the link to payment in your booking confirmation.

Is this a private transfer or do we share the vehicle with other travelers?

This is the private transfer. You will not share it with other travelers. But you are welcome to team up with your friends to save your budget and share the cost. Usually the car with 4 seats is for 3 people and luggage, the car with 7 seats for a maximum of 5 people and small luggage and the car with 16 seats is for a maximum of 12 people and luggage.
