TOUR PROGRAM
Day 1:
Halong Harbor - Bai Tu Long Bay - Cong Do - Cap La Island
07:45 - 8:30 am: Our luxury limousine or shuttle bus picks you up from your hotel in Hanoi and you start your journey to explore the most beautiful bay in northern Vietnam. On the way, we will make a short stop in the middle of the road to rest.
12.30 pm: Arrival at our waiting hall in the international cruise port of Ha Long. You will have some time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to complete the registration and take you to our ship by dinghy.
12.45pm: Enjoy a welcome drink and spend a few minutes with a briefing about safety on the ship and the activities on offer before we check in to our cabin.
1.30 pm: A delicious Vietnamese menu is served while we continue our leisurely drive into Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: Arrival at the kayaking area - Cap La Island. Enjoy a kayak tour through the karst and the breathtaking nature, swim and relax.
17.30: Return to the boat and sunset party as we sail to the anchorage.
19.00 hrs: sumptuous dinner on board.
20.30: Free time to compete in Vietnamese puzzle games or get your group/family together for a board game; try your luck at squid fishing or simply have a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night in the bay.
Day 2:
06.00 hrs: Start your day with a Tai Chi exercise on the sun deck or enjoy the morning view of the breathtaking landscape of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee.
07.00 hrs: Breakfast is served western style so that you are fortified and ready for another day of exploring.
08.00: Exploration of the well-hidden Thien Canh Son cave.
09.00: After returning to the boat, you have about 30 minutes to freshen up and pack your things.
10.00: Take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish in a short time led by Gordon Ramsey (a 2-Michelin-starred chef) - Nem Cuon - or try your hand at carving fruits and vegetables.
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat.
12.00 hrs: Return to the port and disembark at Ha Long cruise port
12.30 pm: Our shuttle bus or limousine will take you back to Hanoi.
15.00: Arrival in Hanoi. The journey ends.

09.00: Transfer to a day cruise, we pass several floating hamlets, including Cap La and Cong Dam, and reach the center of the pristine Bai Tu Long Geological Park. There we visit the fishing village of Vung Vieng and chat with the locals.
12.00 noon: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at lunchtime
14.00: More time for kayaking and swimming at Cong Dam or relaxing on the boat. Weather permitting, we can take a look at the Thay Cave before returning to the anchorage.
16.30: Return to the main boat followed by a sunset party
19.00: Dinner is served.
20.30: Free time for games together, you can also try your luck at squid fishing.
Day 3:
06.30 hrs: Start of the early Tai Chi demonstration on the sun deck.
07.30: Breakfast is served in Western style and also with traditional Vietnamese dishes.
08.00: Explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave and enjoy a white sandy beach on Hon Co Island. Our guide will tell you some interesting stories about Ha Long Bay and this cave created by Mother Nature.
09.00: Return to the boat to pack and check out of your cabin. Prepare to participate in our traditional cooking demonstration.
10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the boat.
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12.00: Disembarkation at the international cruise port of Ha Long
15.00: Arrival in Hanoi. The journey ends.

Depending on the period, we will charge you as follows:
If you cancel more than 8 days before the day of departure - free of charge
Cancellation from 7 days to 4 days before the day of departure - 55% of the total amount
If your cancellation is made less than 3 days before the day of departure - 100% of the total amount
If the cancellation is communicated by Ha Long Bay Port Management because the trip cannot be carried out due to unsafe weather conditions, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the time of notification:

During the trip (with some services such as transfers, meals...): Only the used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you by e-mail about the details.
