TOUR PROGRAM
Day 1:
08:00 - 08:30: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. There will be a short break of about 20 minutes for refreshments en route.
11:30 - 11:45 am: Arrival at Halong International Harbour
12:15 p.m.: Boarding the cruise by tender. Check-in, welcome drink and cruise briefing.
13:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch as the cruise sets off through the breathtaking Halong Bay. Admire the fascinating rock formations along the way.
14:45: Luon Cave - kayaking or bamboo boat tour. Explore Luon Cave either by kayak or on a bamboo boat rowed by locals. This is one of the must-do activities in the bay.
16:00: Titop Island - climbing, beach and swimming. Next, stop at Titop Island with its famous crescent-shaped beach and calm, beautiful blue waters. The view from the top of Titop Island over Halong Bay is another highlight.
17:00 - 18:30: Enjoy the best moments of the day on the sun deck as the sun shines on the water between the dramatic limestone formations and emerald green bays. Treat yourself to a drink and a cookery demonstration.
19:15: A delicious dinner.
21:00: Go squid fishing at night.
22:30: Relaxation and sweet dreams.
Day 2:
06:15 hrs: Experience the impressive sunrise over Halong Bay. Start the day with a Tai Chi session on the sun deck.
06:30 am: Enjoy a light breakfast. Coffee, tea and pastries are served in the restaurant.
07:20: Sung Sot Cave Excursion: Explore Sung Sot Cave - the largest and most breathtaking cave in Halong Bay.
09:15: Check-out from the cabins and invoice processing. Start of the return journey to the harbour.
09:30 am: A sumptuous brunch buffet is served in the restaurant.
10:45 - 11:00 am: Return to the harbour. Farewell and disembarkation.
11:15 - 11:30 am: Bus journey back to Hanoi. Estimated arrival around 14:30 - 14:45.

Day 2:
06:30: Start the day with the impressive sunrise over Halong Bay. On the sun deck, you can take part in a Tai Chi session and watch the rising sun as you meditate.
06:45 - 07:45: Coffee, tea and a light breakfast pastry are served in the restaurant to start the day.
08:00 - 08:30: Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes in the restaurant.
08:30 - 09:00: Pack light clothing such as swimwear, sun cream etc. for today's activities. Think about comfortable shoes as well as flip-flops.
09:00 am: Transfer to a smaller day boat to go deeper into Halong Bay.
09:30 - 16:30: Enjoy a relaxing day of sightseeing, swimming and kayaking in a less-visited area of the bay. A multi-course meal is served at lunchtime.
16:30: Return to the main junk.
18:00: Overnight stay in the Cong Do area.
18:15: Pre-dinner cocktail party with a complimentary "Halong Sunset" cocktail and snacks.
18:30: Take part in a cookery course in the restaurant or open-air.
19:30 - 21:00: Treat yourself to a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
21:00 - 23:00: Go fishing at night or relax on the deck in the fresh air. Overnight stay in the Cong Do area.
Day 3:

Depending on the period, we will charge you as follows:
If your cancellation is made more than 15 days before the day of departure - free of charge
For cancellations from 15 days to 4 days before the day of departure - 55% of the total amount
If your cancellation is made less than 3 days before the day of departure - 100% of the total amount
If the cancellation is communicated by Ha Long Bay Port Management because the trip cannot be carried out due to unsafe weather conditions, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the time of notification:
Before departure from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
During the trip (with some services such as transfers, meals...): Only the used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you by e-mail about the details.
