08:20 - 08:45 Pick up at your hotel in the historical quarter of Hanoi
11:30 Arrival in the waiting lounge at the Indochina Junk office, relax in the lounge before boarding the cruise.

We will contact you within 24 hours. After we have selected the best cruise, we will send you your invoice and booking confirmation so that you can easily track your travel information at any time.
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25 % and the balance 4 weeks before the start of the holiday is required.
Online prepayment with Visa / Master Card (fee 3%). You will receive the link for payment in your booking confirmation.
Online payment by bank transfer to our account in Vietnam or Germany, and the balance 4 weeks before departure (no fees).
Depending on the period, we will charge you as follows:
If you cancel more than 30 days before the day of departure - free of charge
For cancellations from 29 days to 4 days before the day of departure - 50% of the total amount
If your cancellation is made less than 3 days before the day of departure - 100% of the total amount
If the cancellation is communicated by Ha Long Bay Port Management because the trip cannot be carried out due to unsafe weather conditions, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the time of notification:
Before departure from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
During the trip (with some services such as transfers, meals...): Only the used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you by e-mail about the details.
