Day 1:
08:00 - 08:30: The minivan will pick you up at the meeting point or your accommodation and drive towards the breathtaking Halong Bay. If you are travelling by yourself, we will pick you up between 11:15 and 11:45 at waiting area no. 19 of Tuan Chau International Marina.
8:30 - 11:15: Drive on the new 5B motorway from Hanoi via Hai Phong to Quang Ninh (if you have booked our transfer).
11:30 - 11:45: Our Genesis Regal receptionists welcome you to the lounge area where you can relax and register for the journey.
12:00 - 12:15: Transfer by small boat to the Genesis Regal Cruise.
12:30 - 12:45: The guests are warmly welcomed by the crew on the Genesis Regal Cruise.
12:45 - 13:30: Enjoy lunch in the restaurant as the Genesis Regal Cruise sets off on its journey to discover the natural wonder of the world.
13:45 - 15:00: Check-in to relax in the room or on the roof of the cruise ship to relax, enjoy the scenery and take beautiful photos of Lan Ha Bay.
15:00: Small boat takes you to the Dark and Light Caves, where you explore the beautiful caves on bamboo boats rowed by locals.
17:00 - 18:00: The Genesis Regal Cruise will sail to the overnight location where you can swim in the sea or in the swimming pool and whirlpool; rest, relax on the rooftop or take advantage of massage services...
18:00 - 19:15: You take part in the "sunset party" in the bar area on the roof of the cruise ship. Listen to the music and enjoy drinks, fruit, cake... The cruise ship sails to the Tra Bau area to anchor for the night.
19:30 - 20:45: You will have dinner in the restaurant while eating and chatting at the same time.
21:00 - 22:00: Guests can choose from various evening entertainment activities: Watching films, squid fishing, a massage...
22:00 - 22:30: The cruise ship anchors and spends the night in the quietest area of the bay.
Day 2:
06:00: Start the day with Tai Chi exercises on the roof of the cruise ship. This is also the moment when visitors can experience the sunrise over the bay.
6:30: A nutritious breakfast in the restaurant provides you with energy for the second day in the bay.
7.30: A small boat takes you to the floating house of Tra Bau, where you can explore the hidden corners of Lan Ha Bay by kayak.
9.00: Return to the cruise ship.
9.30: Rest break and check-out.
9.30 - 10.15: Enjoy lunch while the cruise ship returns to the harbour.
10.15: Arrival at the quay.
10.45 - 11.00: A small boat takes you to Tuan Chau Marina.
11.30 - 11.45: Prepare your luggage for departure to Hanoi.
14.30 - 15.00: Expected arrival in Hanoi after a quick drive on the motorway. End of the journey.

13.45 - 15.00: Check in, relax in your room or go to the roof of the cruise ship to enjoy the view, admire the scenery and take beautiful photos of Lan Ha Bay.

17.00 - 18.00: The Genesis Regal Cruise sails to the overnight destination, where you can swim in the sea or in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi; rest, relax on the roof or take advantage of massage services...
18.00 - 19.15: Take part in the "Sunset Party" in the bar area on the roof of the cruise ship. Enjoy music and enjoy drinks, fruit, cakes... The cruise sails to the Tra Bau area to anchor for the night.
19.30 - 20.45: Dinner in the restaurant, food and entertainment at the same time.

Day 2:
6.00: Start your day with Tai Chi exercises on the roof of the cruise ship.
06.30 - 7.30: Enjoy breakfast and the marvellous beauty of Lan Ha Bay while the boat takes you on a tour of the bay.
07.30 - 09.45: You have free time to swim in the 4-season swimming pool and whirlpool, to rest, relax on the roof or use the massage services...
11.15 - 12.15: Lunch on board the cruise ship.
12.45 - 15.00: A speedboat takes you on another excursion to the vast and beautiful areas of Lan Ha Bay. Afterwards, you will visit the fishing village of Viet Hai on Cat Ba Island. You will cycle around Viet Hai fishing village to see the beautiful natural scenery, ride through the jungle and visit the households of Viet Hai fishing village to learn about the daily life of the people.
15.00 - 16.30: Continue to the next destination, Ba Trai Dao Beach, a beautiful beach in Lan Ha Bay. You can swim freely, enjoy the scenery and walk along the beach.
16.30 - 16.45: The speedboat takes you back to the Genesis Regal Cruise. At this time, Lan Ha Bay shows its most beautiful side when the sunset with the soft sunlight creates a very romantic scene.
17.00 - 19.15: You return to your room to bathe, rest and relax.
19.30: Dinner in the restaurant.
21.00 - 22.00: After dinner you have free time to relax, such as watching the bay in the evening on the roof, squid fishing at night, spa, massage, ...

If you cancel more than 30 days before the day of departure - free of charge
For cancellations from 29 days to 15 days before the departure date - 25% of the total amount
For cancellations from 15 days to 8 days before the day of departure - 50% of the total amount
If your cancellation is made less than 7 days before the day of departure - 100% of the total amount
If the cancellation is communicated by Ha Long Bay Port Management because the trip cannot be carried out due to unsafe weather conditions, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the time of notification:
Before departure from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
During the trip (with some services such as transfers, meals...): Only the used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you by e-mail about the details.
