12:30 p.m.: Cross over to the Mon Chéri - your floating luxury hotel. During the short crossing, you will learn all about the upcoming adventures.

10:30 am: Pure adventure in Viet Hai village! Cycle through tropical rainforest or take an e-cart past imposing limestone cliffs. Immerse yourself in authentic village life and discover traditional bamboo houses.

Please check your e-mail carefully before sending the enquiry so that we can contact you more easily to answer any questions. After your enquiry you will automatically receive an e-mail from us. We will contact you within 24 hours. After we have selected the best cruise, we will send you your invoice and booking confirmation so that you can easily track your travel information at any time.
To confirm the booking, a 25% deposit is required and the balance 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
Online prepayment with Visa / Master Card (fee 3%). You will receive the link for payment in your booking confirmation.
Online payment by bank transfer to our account in Vietnam or Germany, and the balance 4 weeks before departure (no fees).
Depending on the period, we will charge you as follows:
- More than 15 days before check-in: no cancellation fees
- Less than 14 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total price will be charged.
- Less than 9 to 4 days before check-in: 70% of the total price will be charged.
- Within 3 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in some unavoidable circumstances, such as: Weather conditions, wars, civil unrest, labour disputes, natural disasters, terrorism or by order of the local authorities. Please note that we may have to cancel your trip due to bad weather conditions to ensure the safety of all guests. The following guidelines apply for bad weather:
- If the cancellation is communicated before the guests leave Hanoi for Hai Phong (and the guests have not yet used any services): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is notified during the trip (you have already used some services such as transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong Bay, etc.): Only the actual cost of these services will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is communicated before 8:00 am, the trip will be shortened from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night.
- If the cancellation is communicated after you have spent the first night and participated in the activities of the DAY TOUR (sunset) until 15:00-17:00 on the second day, 75% of the 3-day 2-night package will be charged.
The cancellation of the cruise will ONLY be announced by the local port authority in Hai Phong and often at short notice. Therefore, we appreciate your understanding in this situation.
- All children are welcome.
- A child under the age of 5 is free of charge if it uses the existing bed and bed linen and shares meals with its parents.
- Limited to one child per booking under these conditions.
- Children aged 5 to 11 are charged 75% of the adult fare in accordance with the cruise policy, using existing bed linen but with separate meals.
- Children aged 12 and over are charged at the adult rate. Any type of extra bed or cot/travel cot is on request and must be confirmed by the cruise management.
- Surcharges are not automatically calculated in the total costs and must be paid separately.
