The Thien Canh Son Cave, an extensive cave consisting of three main chambers, with an access path to the cave, which is hidden under a forest and crossed by a rock face.

Formations within the cave take on a variety of shapes and present images that resemble a lotus blossom, a baby elephant, seals and flowers. In this dream chamber, stalactites look like a collection of gnomes seemingly holding a meeting, and the walls sparkle like the night sky in bright light.

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25 % and the balance 4 weeks before the start of the holiday is required.
Online prepayment with Visa / Master Card (fee 3%). You will receive the link for payment in your booking confirmation.
Online payment by bank transfer to our account in Germany or Vietnam, and the balance 4 weeks before departure (no fees).
Depending on the period, we will charge you as follows:
If you cancel more than 30 days before the day of departure - free of charge
For cancellations from 29 days to 4 days before the day of departure - 50% of the total amount
If your cancellation is made less than 3 days before the day of departure - 100% of the total amount
Special cancellation conditions for private cruises!
For private cruises, the following Bahya Cruise cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation within 90 to 61 days before the cruise date: 60 % of the total booking value will be charged.
Cancellation within 60 days before the cruise date or in case of no-show: 100 % of the total booking value will be charged.
If the cancellation is communicated by Ha Long Bay Port Management because the trip cannot be carried out due to unsafe weather conditions, the following cancellation conditions apply depending on the time of notification:
Before departure from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay: 100% refund
During the trip (with some services such as transfers, meals...): Only the used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded, we will inform you by e-mail about the details.
