My Son World Heritage Site

In the morning visit the temple city of My Son. The Cham, whose ruins are located about 50 km southeast of Hoi An not far from the sea. The temples of My Son have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. At the visitor center, you can learn about the history and culture of the Cham. Then you have time to explore the ruins in a beautiful, green hills and riverscape.

The drive to Da Nang Station and then a 3-hour train ride from Hoi An to Hue via the Hai-Van Pass, which runs mostly along the coast and offers beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and ocean.

Hue - One of the most rewarding stops in central Vietnam is the ancient Vietnamese imperial city of Hue. The capital of Vietnam was Hue from 1802 to 1945, until the government went into exile and Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi declared independence from France. Especially for those interested in culture a worthwhile stop. The old citadel around the Forbidden City is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the main attraction you will discover here.

Sit back and relax as you watch farmers work on their way to enchanting Halong Bay. Look at the sea as you cruise between thousands of limestone islands. Enjoy the freshest seafood, great beach and delicious tea on board at sunset. Read your favorite book or swim in the sky full of stars, or just do nothing. Wake up in your own cabin in the morning, open the window and listen to the sound of the waves. After breakfast, explore the caves and enjoy a kayak along the bay. In the afternoon we head back to Hanoi for farewell dinner.
