How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours before arrival so that we can organise everything smoothly.

2. How do I identify my driver at the airport?

After clearing baggage reclaim and customs, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. They will be holding a clear sign with your name on it.

3. What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don't worry: we track your flight in real time. This way, we ensure that our driver is on site on time even if there are delays when you land. This, of course, incurs no additional costs for you.

4. What if I have particularly large or bulky luggage?

Our standard vehicles offer sufficient space for regular luggage. If you are travelling with excess luggage, a buggy, golf bags or surfboards, please simply indicate this when booking. We will then automatically arrange a suitable, larger vehicle for you.

5. Is fast-track processing possible at the airport?

Yes, we offer an optional VIP Fast Track service. A member of staff will meet you directly before passport control and escort you swiftly through immigration and customs. This saves valuable time after a long flight.
